Single Asset Acquisition

We utilize a senior management team with over 75 years of real estate experience and expertise to source and selectively acquire single asset investments, with an emphasis on strategically located assets with institutional quality potential. We focus on two primary strategies within single asset transactions:

Value Creation: We acquire real estate assets that have significant cash flow and residual value enhancement potential through creative and aggressive asset management, including targeted capital improvements, tenant lease-up opportunities and operating efficiencies.

Value Investing: We target the acquisition of real estate assets at a discount to their replacement cost or, in some cases, below their current market value.

These strategies allow us to acquire real estate assets that have significant cash flow and residual value enhancement potential through creative and aggressive asset management. We strive to achieve above average returns on a consistent basis for our investors - this is achieved by establishing exit strategies for each investment with the goal of allowing investors to realize capital appreciation within a defined holding period of time.

Blackpoint participates in selected development opportunities to capitalize on market growth in specific urban centers that allow for above average returns for our investment partners and funds.
