Wayne MacDonald                                                                                                                                    

President & CEO

Mr. MacDonald has more than 30 years of proven experience in the acquistion and development of commercial income properties. He founded Blackpoint Capital Group with a focus establishing institutional quality income producing real estate funds. Prior to Blackpoint Mr. MacDonald was a founding principal of Pacific Developments, established in 1986, the company developed residential and commercials projects.

Ari Morris MBA, CMA 

Chief Financial Officer  

Mr. Morris has over 20 years experience as a Senior Executive in corporate financial management. He has a wealth of experience in bringing new solutions to the market with a proven ability to work with entrepreneurs and investors to integrate focus with sound financial management. Prior to Blackpoint, Mr. Morris worked with Thomson Reuters as Head of Corporate Treasury Services. He has successfully worked with large financial institutions including Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Morris has an MBA from both Cornell and Queen’s University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).   

Jeff Noland, MBA

Director Acquisitions - United States

Mr. Noland is a senior operations and finance executive with significant direct experience in numerous industries, having held increasingly senior roles in real estate development and private equity, investment banking, venture capital and commercial banking.  Jeff earned his MBA degree in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
